Master percussionist Louie Cruz Beltran and his Latin Jazz Ensemble will be performing in conjunction with their latest CD “Paint The Rhythm.”  Beltran is a charismatic entertainer who has captivated audiences with his dynamic stage presence and inventive work on congas and timbales.
